Delivery

After receiving your payment, we do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. In principle, delivery takes place within a maximum of 10 working days after payment, unless agreed otherwise.

We work with bpost for delivery, which follows its own delivery schedule. The indicated delivery times are always indicative and depend on the carrier’s planning.

Delivery time

Not at home at the time of delivery? bpost will follow its standard procedures, such as a second delivery attempt or delivery to a pickup point. More information can be found on the bpost website.

Uncollected deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered and is therefore returned to Viven Brewery, the order will be considered cancelled by the customer. In that case, 30% of the total purchase amount (including costs) will be charged. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

Unavailable (or partially unavailable) products

If a product is unexpectedly not available (or cannot be delivered), we will inform you as soon as possible.

In that case, you can choose between:

• a refund of the amount for the undelivered product, or
• reshipment once the product is available again.

You always have the right to refuse a reshipment.
