Green apple, hints of vanilla and again that delicate spiciness from the French oak. The finish is long and pleasantly echoes its opening, with a soft touch of oak lingering in the background.

Historic fortified town with a rich heritage
Damme, a charming town in the north-west of Belgium, was one of the busiest ports in Western Europe during the Middle Ages.
However, due to the silting of the Zwin, it gradually lost its economic importance.
During the Twelve Years’ Truce in the early 17th century, Damme (DAMMVM) was transformed under Spanish influence into a fortified town. Its distinctive star-shaped layout, formed by seven bastions,
made it an important defensive stronghold with a garrison until the 19th century.
To this day, the unique seven-pointed structure and well-preserved historic buildings continue to shape Damme’s cultural heritage. A picturesque and captivating town that still sparks the imagination.
